Entry level autoclavable bioreactors / fermentors - F0-BABY

The F0-BABY series comprise optimal entry level autoclavable fermentors / bioreactors for microbial and cell culturing bioprocessing activities, among others for the biopharma, food and agricultural sector. The system provides a cost-effective and user-friendly alternative to the bigger and more complex equipment, being an ideal solution for R&D as well as training and educational purposes.

The modular design allows for the expansion of the hardware and software capabilities with advanced modules that follow the plug and play concept. These modules include:

• The advanced gas strategy: automatic mixing of up to 4 gases and their inlet via sparger and overlay (air, O2, CO2, N2)
• Continuous process module: for the extraction and renewal of media
• Perfusion module: for the extraction, renewal and separation of biomass from smaller molecular components
• Variable speed pump: for addition of nutrient in fed-batch processes.
