The F2 series are the ideal Steam in Place (SIP) stainless steel bioreactors / fermentors for the scaling up of bioprocesses and for small production applications. They are available in working volumes from 10 to 30 liters.

Process knowledge & control: the possibility to integrate a range of instrumentation and actuators, and allowing associated control strategies enables a better understanding and improvement of your processes. Example of instruments to add: pressure, optical density, viable cells, dissolved CO2, exhaust gas composition, redox, weight, etc.

Integrated CIP & SIP: the F2 can be delivered with integrated utilities (SIP & CIP) to start your journey SIP bioreactors in an easy way and with a minimal investment.

GMP designed, built & qualified: all BIONET equipment and projects can be designed, built and qualified under GMP guidelines to allow the validation of your processes (DQ, IQ & OQ).
