Planetary Mixer (non-vacuum type) produced by THINKY allows for simultaneous processing of mixing, dispersion, and deaeration of various materials from low to high viscosities. They exhibit excellent performance in the deaeration of high-viscosity adhesives, viscous grease with a viscosity of 4 000 Pa s, materials whose viscosities are increased by added fillers, deaeration of urethane resin, mixing of suspension as well as preparation of alumina slurry.

The ARE-310S features adjustable mixing and deaeration modes for fast dispersion and bubble removal. Its LCD touch control panel displays the rotational speed in real time, while STD and STEP modes allow users to set and save recipes for different materials and processes. The mixer is compatible with high-viscosity binders, slurries and high-density nanomaterials. Optional cooling and heat-resistant adapters support processing across a wider temperature range.

The new ARE-312 model successfully enhances both mixing and defoaming power. By suppressing equipment heat generation, it minimizes heat transfer to the target material, contributing significantly to the challenge of continuous operation.

With improved compatibility and user-friendly control via PC, the multi-sensor option allows for measuring material temperature during mixing, a critical factor when setting recipes.

Options:

• Multi-Sensor – three different sizes of models are available; material temperature and rotational speed can be measured in real-time; Bluetooth® connectivity for data logging via P.C.
• ENs-10 – a powerful DC fan that can forcibly remove heat accumulated in the mixer system.
