APT-30.0 Spray Dryer is equipped with a precise humidity monitoring system embedded in the software. All the parameters are controlled and monitored from the touchscreen HMI assembled on board next to the spray tower. This feature enables end users to record in real time the drying performances and develop DoE models seamlessly.
Features:
- Air Heater - effectively raises the temperature of the drying medium, preparing it for its role in evaporating the solvent from the atomized feed in the spray dryer.
- Drying Tower - entirely made of AISI316L, is where the liquid is mixed with heated air or nitrogen and is atomized while solvents are evaporated.
- Cyclone Separator - cyclone ensures that the dried product is efficiently separated and collected, minimizing product loss and ensuring cleaner exhaust air.
- Nozzle atomizer - designed to convert a liquid feed into fine droplets.
- Product inlet - a mix-blend, solution or suspension in a liquid form. An inlet container (not included in the scope of supply), ensures a constant suction of raw material and consequent transfer into the heating tower.
- Dust Collector - located between the cyclone separator and the HEPA filtration system (if present HEPA filtration). It is used to recover the ultrafine particles not selected by the cyclone separator. The pressure inside is continuously monitored by the PLC.
Upon request the inlet can be customized to be adapted to different source containers.
