Bioprocess automation software for pilot and production - Marta

MARTA is the bioprocessing automation software for the pilot and industrial scale or at laboratory scale for very specific needs (e.g. cGMP environment).

MARTA is integrated by a Scada and a complete PLC programming, based on Siemens Scada System SIMATIC WinCC environment. The software takes your bioprocess to an industrial environment with the robustness and flexibility needed when performing optimization and scale-up activities.

Marta allows the automation of main standard process as sterilization or fermentation / cell culturing processes. It is easy to programme advanced automation control loops capabilities, in a recipe environment, with multiple stages, and to set logic transition between stages. MARTA is also designed to integrate a number of instrumentation, actuators, and modules.

This software can be installed on the Bionet F1 models as well as on the pilot series F2 and F3.
